Two treatments to choose from — a focused back, neck and shoulders massage or a guided stretching session. 15 or 25 minutes, with five minutes between each appointment for the therapist to prepare properly.
One therapist. Up to 18 shorter treatments or 15 extended treatments in a day. Everything arrives with us.

Every appointment is individual, private and delivered with minimal interruption to the working day.
Option 1
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
A focused, therapist-led massage for areas commonly affected by desk-based work. Delivered individually on a portable massage chair — fully clothed, no oils on shirts.
Option 2
Guided Stretching Session
A private, guided movement session focused on mobility, stiffness and greater comfort through the postural muscles and lower back.
A Moment
Fifteen minutes of stillness changes the rest of the day. That’s the programme.

Consultation
We listen first.
A short conversation about your team size, schedule and what you’re hoping to achieve. No commitment.
Arrival
We arrive. You don’t lift a finger.
Therapists, equipment, products, towels and a booking system — everything travels with us. We set up in a meeting room or quiet space.
Treatment
The room, the chair, the reset.
Back-to-back appointments, five minutes of preparation between each. Employees book their own slot and step away from their desk for fifteen or twenty-five minutes. That’s it.
Delivery
The team feels it.
Everyone leaves with a small Lispa sample to take home — a botanical oil or balm from our own range. We pack up quietly. The difference stays. Teams report lower tension, better focus and a shared sense that the company cares.

One therapist, one afternoon. Booked as you need it, no minimum commitment. Everything included.
Wellness Week
Five consecutive deployments. An intensive reset for the whole company — ideal around high-pressure periods or team milestones.
Common questions
Answered, before you ask.
How does booking work for our employees?
We provide a private booking link before each deployment. Employees sign up for the slot that suits them, first-come first-served. Nothing hits your HR system.
What insurance do you carry?
Public liability and professional indemnity, both current. A copy of our certificate is sent with the proposal and named on every deployment agreement.
What if fewer than 14 people book?
The deployment runs anyway at the agreed rate. We don't pro-rate downwards, because the therapist's day is already committed. On a light day we use the free slots for a longer session per person.
Can we invoice quarterly, or against a retainer?
Yes. Standard invoicing is per deployment. For recurring programmes we can invoice monthly, quarterly or against a retainer — whatever fits your finance cycle.
What data do you keep on employees who book?
Only what the booking link captures: name and slot. Nothing about the treatment itself. Records are deleted 30 days after the deployment. GDPR-compliant, and named in our data policy.
What happens if the therapist can't attend?
We reschedule at no cost, or send a covering therapist from our roster. Every practitioner is qualified and briefed the same way, so continuity of standard is guaranteed.
Is there a minimum team size?
Ten. Below that, per-employee cost stops making sense and we'd recommend our voucher programme instead. Above 250, we design a tailored programme — use the planner or contact us directly.
How do we cancel or reschedule a deployment?
Free reschedule up to seven days before. Inside seven days, a €150 admin fee applies to cover the therapist's held day. Full policy attached to every deployment agreement.
