Booking Policy

Lispa protects each appointment so the treatment can remain unhurried and properly prepared.

Confirmation

An appointment is confirmed only when Lispa issues a booking reference or confirms it directly. Online requests are subject to live availability.

Changing an appointment

Please contact Lispa as soon as possible if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Changes are subject to availability. Any cancellation charge or refund decision will be communicated before it is applied and will respect applicable consumer law.

Arrival and treatment time

Please arrive with enough time to settle before the appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time where extending the appointment would affect the next guest.

Health and suitability

Tell Lispa about relevant health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injuries or medication before treatment. A practitioner may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where it would not be appropriate or safe.

Gift vouchers

Voucher bookings remain subject to availability and the voucher’s stated expiry date. See the Gift Terms.
