Treatment Information
Lispa Group Ltd — Updated September 2026
Every Lispa treatment is designed to be deeply restorative and uses Maltese botanical ingredients. This page explains what to expect and when to let us know about your health before booking.
Before your treatment
Please tell us about any of the following before or at the time of booking. We will let you know if we need to adapt, postpone, or decline a treatment:
- Pregnancy (any stage)
- Recent surgery or injury (within the past six months)
- Skin conditions, open wounds, or active infections
- Known allergies — particularly to oils, honey, plant extracts, or fragrances
- Cardiovascular conditions, blood pressure concerns, or blood-thinning medication
- Cancer or active medical treatment
- Any other condition you would want your practitioner to be aware of
Disclosing health information is in your interest. Nothing shared will affect our willingness to help you find a suitable treatment, or be passed to any third party.
Our treatments
The Return — 60 or 90 minutes
A full-body massage using our cold-pressed Maltese olive oil blend with rosemary, lavender, and wild thyme. Slow, deliberate pressure across the full body. Suitable for most people. Let us know if you have a preference for lighter or firmer pressure.
Ingredients: Cold-pressed Maltese olive oil, rosemary extract, lavender, wild thyme. No synthetic fragrance.
Ritual of the Island — 90 minutes
A three-stage body ritual: a salt scrub using coarse Maltese sea salt and ground carob, a raw honey wrap, then a full-body massage with The Return Oil. Each stage is completed before the next begins.
Ingredients: Maltese sea salt, ground carob, raw Gozitan honey, cold-pressed olive oil blend. If you have a honey or nut allergy, please let us know before booking.
Not recommended during pregnancy or for clients with active skin conditions or open abrasions.
Deep Release — 60 or 90 minutes
Targeted deep-tissue bodywork for chronic tension, postural strain, and pain relief. Focused pressure using the same Maltese botanical oils. This is clinical bodywork, not a relaxation massage — pressure is firm and localised.
Please let us know about any recent injuries, nerve conditions, or disc issues before booking Deep Release. Light soreness for 24–48 hours after the treatment is normal and expected.
What to expect
- Your practitioner will arrive with all equipment, oils, and materials.
- A brief consultation will be done before the treatment begins.
- You will be professionally draped throughout.
- Treatment is carried out in the space you’ve provided — a bedroom, living room, or hotel room.
- You can request adjustments to pressure, pace, or focus areas at any time.
After your treatment
Drink water and rest where possible. Avoid strenuous activity directly after a Deep Release treatment. The oils are food-grade and will absorb into the skin — no shower is required immediately after, though you may prefer one.
