What We Collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us or when you consent to analytics tracking:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, area of interest, and message. Processed by FormSubmit.co on our behalf.
- Email enquiries: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) collected via Google Analytics 4, only when you accept cookies. No data is collected if you decline.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry or booking request
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
- To send you information you have requested
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis
- Consent: analytics cookies are only activated when you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
- Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries you send us via the contact form or email.
Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We use consent mode: analytics data is only collected after you accept cookies.
- FormSubmit.co — form processing. Your form submissions are forwarded to our email. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond delivery.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
Cookies
Our website uses a cookie consent banner. If you accept:
- Google Analytics cookies are activated to collect anonymised usage data
- A preference cookie (
lispa_consent) is stored locally to remember your choice
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. The preference cookie is still stored to remember that you declined.
Data Retention
Contact form data is retained in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (Malta)
