Gift Terms

These terms apply to digital gifts issued by Lispa Group Ltd. They are intended to keep giving and redeeming Lispa clear, fair and simple.

Validity

Lispa gifts are valid for six months from the date they are delivered to the recipient. For gifts scheduled in advance, validity begins on the scheduled delivery date. The expiry date appears on the digital gift and voucher status page.

Using a gift

• Treatment gifts may be used for the treatment and duration stated, subject to appointment availability.
• Monetary gifts may be used in more than one visit. Any remaining balance stays on the original voucher until it is used or expires.
• Voucher codes and QR codes should be kept private. Contact Lispa promptly if a code is lost or believed to have been shared.
• Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash. Complimentary gifts are not refundable.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If a purchaser needs to correct recipient or delivery information, contact Lispa as soon as possible. Refund and cancellation requests are considered according to payment status, whether the gift has been delivered or used, and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights.

Appointments

A gift does not guarantee a particular date or time. Appointments are subject to availability and the Booking Policy.
